Ben had struggled with school life and attendance was poor.
School have give him the opportunity to have a work placement and he has not missed a day.
Ben is learning new skills in placement and enjoys working along side the staff.
He is able to put his ideas into practice and has achieved some outstanding pieces of woodwork. Staff are very supportive and have took Ben under their wing.
